The Nassfeld Ski Resort, one of the largest in Austria, is just about a 15-minute drive away. Other great resorts are also within easy reach, such as Tarvisio (20 min) and Gerlitzen Alpe (30 min).

In summer, lovers of hiking, swimming, and exploring the surrounding area will find plenty to enjoy. Set out on a hike to waterfalls, lakes, or mountain peaks, or enjoy day trips to nearby Italy or Slovenia. The surrounding area is full of opportunities for both active and relaxing vacations.
About the Apartment
This cozy one-room apartment (approx. 35 m²) is ideal for couples and families.

• Sleeps up to 5 people—a double bed (160x200 cm), a bunk bed, and an extra bed (mattress on the floor)
On the ground floor, there is a ski storage room with an electric boot dryer—also ideal for bikes in the summer. Parking is available right at the building’s entrance.
In the common areas, you’ll also find a seating area by the fireplace, an ideal spot to relax in the evening once the children are asleep.
Please bring your own bed linens and clean up after your stay (cleaning supplies are available in the apartment).
Pets are welcome—we just ask that you clean up more thoroughly.

The space and grounds, including the facilities, operate as a "self-service" after confirming and paying for your reservation, you will receive precise instructions for arrival, unlocking and the entire "check-in". Departure is in the same vein with photo or video documentation of the condition of the facilities being left on departure and the return of the keys to the pre-arranged location ;)

Nice clean apartment, we had no problem fitting 5 kids in there. We would love to come back again sometime.
We used contactless handover so we were not tied to time and could come when we needed.
I'm sorry, unfortunately the accommodation let us down a bit. After previous guests there was dog hair in the apartment and on the balcony, which belongs to the previous guests.
The promised WiFi did not work as previous guests had paid out their data and was not due to be restored until a week later. The balconies unfortunately could not be used much due to the large amount of wasps. But I understand that it is difficult to deal with these things remotely.
The views and scenery in the surrounding area is truly amazing, well worth a visit.
Beautifully located, the apartment fulfilled everything that was offered, simple, clean, nothing more was needed) The organization and cooperation of the owners was excellent (door handles, access, parking)

Great location for trips to the surrounding area, 30 min drive to Nasffeld arena (skiing), 30 min Villach (thermal baths, Maibachl), 30 min Italy Tarvisio (skiing) and about 45 min Slovenia (skiing, lake Jasná, nature reserve Zelenci). Accommodation was fine (hot and warm water, clean), everything was as described.
