Beautiful quiet place with nice evening sitting by the fire and the possibility to swim in a nice clean pond.
Now that was a really beautifully landscaped lot! The fire pit was ready, all we had to do was scratch. As other reviews have said - a really well-designed caddy.
Level ground for petanque or hitchhiking.
Water also available 👍.
This property we visited was definitely the best we have been to. Beautifully mowed grass, great swimming in the pond we had all to ourselves. A clean smelling bathhouse that you don't see right away. Owners who can advise if you need anything. We can really only recommend this property to everyone.
Really beautiful place and a good idea of the owners, the weather was not good for swimming, but the calmness and evening sausage roasted on the fire with wine made up for it.♥️

Tenhle pozemek vás překvapí. Jedete městem, říkáte si, kam to sakra odbočuji, projedete bránou a vjedete tak trochu do jiného světa. Místo na bezkempování se nachází na vzdálenějším konci rybníku. Obytné domy vidíte, ale jsou dál. Jste tak trochu zapadnutí jak vlastenci, zvuky jsou prostě daleko. Silnice jak by smet. O kus dál nad vámi projede občas místní lokálka a zahouká (všimli jsme si že houkají jen DE dopravci :-) ), ale klid, pohoda. Fakt relax. Boží místo. ? Pozemek je pečlivě udržovaný, tráva sekána, k dispozici je ohniště a suché WC. Pitnou vodu lze nabrat na místě z pramene (výborného pramene!). Voda na koupání bezva. Vstup do vody je písečný. Ano, meteorologové měli pravdu, že se mírně ochladí, ale i tak jsme do vody vlezli a na sluníčku se pak ohřáli (v noci ale teplota padla až k 0 stupňům :-)). Za návštěvu v Mikulášovicích stojí určitě Muzeum Nožířství - kdo by neměl "rybičku" Mikov, jako by nebyl klukem, a rozhledna Tanečnice. Na kole je to pak do Saského Švýcarska přes "dva kopce". ✅ Na pozemku je povolena jen jedna rezervace, ale majitelé vyjdou vstříc na požádání a povolují i více spřátelených posádek.
