The property is divided in half by a small pond—the part by the road is flatter but less peaceful, while the area at the back, on a hill above the dam, is more secluded but a bit steeper (though one tent fit there just fine). The site features mature trees that provide shade, a nice fire pit, and a practical table for cooking. Firewood was already prepared for us, and the grass had been neatly mowed. There’s a compost bin on-site for food scraps; of course, everyone takes their own trash with them. In the evening, muffled sounds of a dance party drifted over from a pub further away, but it wasn’t too disruptive.
We had a wonderful time here, just like always! We love this peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature.
