By prior arrangement we arrived at the place after 8pm. The owner was waiting for us. Everything was as we had read in other reviews. The owner is a very nice gentleman. There is a possibility of connection to electricity , cold water and toilet on the key, wifi..During the day the space also works as a parking lot for cars with refreshments. After 17,00 you are in the parking lot only with another caravan ( if there is ) All in complete peace and quiet.The surroundings are very beautiful (bikes , hiking even for pensioners 70 years old ) Opposite the parking lot is the station of the bicycle bus. For a weekend stay I can only recommend .

Perfect for overnight in the park, it is a "parking lot", but we had a very nice place for a tent on the grass under the trees, it was quiet, the garden was perfectly clean. Thank you.

Breakfast in the morning and barbecue at the buffet table in the evening. Toilet handles available, water refill available. Great surroundings, especially Kyjovske udoli and small dam.

Great for an overnight stay, great location on the edge of the park, no camping anywhere nearby. Traffic in the morning, but nothing dramatic. Cold water, sink, flush toilet. Nice, helpful owner, hassle free deal.
