The site is located on the outskirts of Moravský Krumlov in a recreational area with cascading ponds and the Vrabčí hájek swimming pond, which has several sandy beaches.
A dead-end road leading to the ponds runs in front of the property; this road is also a popular destination for locals, so the property is NOT in a REMOTE LOCATION!!
There are opportunities for swimming, fishing, hiking, and cycling tours through the Znojmo wine region.
In the vicinity of the property, there are many castles, fortresses, ruins, playgrounds, swimming pools, nature reserves, ponds, reservoirs, observation towers, bike trails, microbreweries, and more…
WE ARE NOT ‼ “In the middle of nowhere by the forest” ‼ nor do we OFFER ‼ breathtaking views of the countryside ‼ but rather a base with amenities for exploring the surrounding area—whether on foot, by bike, or by car.
Our playground in the adjacent CAFFÉ - BAR and the dwarf goats will keep even the youngest guests entertained so that parents have a little time to enjoy a good Italian coffee with a homemade dessert or a perfectly poured Pilsner in a pre-chilled glass with homemade crackling spread.
We offer 5 campsites on a 2,000 m² area
Each site has its own electricity, water, and lighting hookups; the property features a gray water drain and a chemical toilet drain, including a shower for rinsing out the chemical toilet cassette.
A flush toilet and hot-water shower are available 24/7, reserved exclusively for non-campers, including a mini-kitchen with a sink, hot water, and a microwave.
We offer a portable fire pit for roasting with a sufficient supply of wood (included in the accommodation price) and roasting forks, or a portable grill for YOUR OWN charcoal or briquettes.
On plots #4 and #5, there are permanently installed outdoor seating areas—a table with benches, suitable primarily for guests staying in tents.
For the 2026 season, we’ve prepared sisal dartboards on the first floor of the Caffé-Bar.
Spice up your stay with a family mini-darts tournament, or challenge your neighbors staying nearby.
Alfons Mucha’s Slav Epic is on display at Moravský Krumlov Castle, 1.3 km from the property.
For lovers of the golden brew from regional breweries, the KRUM microbrewery / ROKITEN Restaurant is just a 7-minute leisurely walk from the campsite.
Penny grocery store is 350 m away, and Albert is 450 m from the meadow.
PLEASE NOTE: We would like to inform our campers of the operating hours of the adjacent CAFFÉ-BAR: Sun–Thu 11 a.m.–10 p.m. and Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–midnight!! / Closing time may be accompanied by noise from bar patrons leaving.
Guests staying in the upper part of the property may hear noise from the summer garden during peak season.
During the summer months, fishing competitions and various social events with live or recorded music take place at the Vrabčí hájek pond, approximately 350 meters away / Please feel free to inquire about events scheduled during your desired stay dates

There are places where you just spend the night. There are places where you feel right at home. And then there are places you leave feeling like the weekend was somehow suspiciously short.
That’s because everything here works just as it should—and then some. A beautifully maintained and well-thought-out campground, excellent restroom facilities where the words “clean and fresh-smelling” aren’t just a required part of the review, a cozy seating area, a café, and friendly staff who make you feel like they belong here just as much as everything else. In short, a place where someone clearly didn’t stop at the idea that “this will be enough,” but went a few steps further.
And then there’s Mr. Vladimír.
A man who, after just a few minutes, makes you feel like you didn’t arrive as “just another reservation,” but as guests he truly cares about—natural and helpful.
And perhaps that’s exactly where the magic of the whole place lies. You can landscape a nice plot of land, build great facilities, mow the lawn—but you can’t order the kind of atmosphere that makes you not want to leave. People create that. And here, they’ve nailed it.
So thank you to the entire team for a wonderful weekend.
My friend and I stayed from Friday to Sunday, and we had an amazing time! The bar with its outdoor seating area is open until midnight; the property is spacious and offers plenty of privacy, and we really appreciated being able to use the lounge chairs and hammocks. The bathroom with the kitchenette is perfect—it’s clean, smells nice, and towels and dishes are provided. We also took advantage of the barbecue rental. The ladies behind the bar and the owner are very friendly and helpful, and this attitude is reflected in the campground’s overall atmosphere. There really is nothing to complain about. We’d love to come back next time with the kids, who’ll enjoy both the playground and the large pen with goats. Thank you so much! :-)
Nice and friendly camping.
Rightfully the number one campground. Every corner of the campground shows that the owner truly does everything to ensure campers are as satisfied as possible. This campground has absolutely everything. And every time we come back, we see just how much work the owner has put into the property. So we’ll be back again in the spring....
The grounds are well-maintained; the campsites are perfectly laid out and quite spacious. We arrived during a dry spell, so the grass wasn’t green, of course, and it rained quite a bit at night. I was worried there would be mud and that it would be difficult to drive out, but everything turned out fine.
