The land is in a quiet location, right next to the road, behind which there is a small forest. The rustling of the trees in the wind is beautifully lulling, plus the singing birds and the view - beautiful!

Access to the land is hassle-free, it just needs wedges to level out the unevenness!!! Gate big enough, electricity available and easy to reach.

Mrs owner very nice and accommodating - nothing is a problem.

In the village fire museum, children's playground, nearby bike paths, hiking trails.

Nice, quiet place with a beautiful view. Owners very nice and nothing is a problem. With a 12m rig there is a very careful entry and exit from the property. Take more wedges or add a couple of wheel chocks.

Very nice quiet place on a well-kept fenced meadow with a beautiful view of the picturesque landscape of the Bohemian Central Highlands. The owner is nice and friendly, everything is fine. Access road on asphalt, arrival from the west even with a large car without a problem. Meadow for standing firm, but sloping, with ramps O.K. Electric connection in place, water tap is by the house. In the vicinity many tourist destinations on foot and by bike, walking and cycling path Varhany (former railway line) is just a short walk away. A nice hike to the Rozsocha sightseeing spot is to Kamenický Šenov, where, apart from the glass museum, the station of the museum railway Šenovka on the route to Česká kamenice is also open, then on to Zámecký vrch with a lookout tower with a circular view of the landscape of the Bohemian Central Highlands and Bohemian Switzerland, but also the Lusatian Mountains and Kokořínsko, down to Česká Kamenice - a town with a conservation area, by bus to Práchně to Panská skála (Varhany) and back along the cycle path.
