Are you looking for a quiet place to spend the night in nature, yet just a few minutes from the center of Znojmo? Then you’ve come to the right place.
You can pitch your own tent on the fenced-in property. For an additional fee, you can also rent a simple wooden cabin with a bunk bed for two people—ideal for those who don’t want to sleep in a tent or who get caught in bad weather.
There’s a fire pit, badminton, soft tennis, pétanque, and other recreational equipment available. The Dyje River flows just 500 meters from the property, and the Louka swimming complex with an indoor pool is nearby. The Hruška grocery store is 100 meters away, while Kaufland and Albert are approximately 500 meters away. You’ll feel like you’re in the great outdoors, yet have everything you need within easy reach.
The property is suitable for families with children and dogs.
Important: Vehicle access to the property is not possible. It is intended for guests who arrive on foot, by bike, or by motorcycle. You can park your car approximately 100 meters from the garden.

- Dry toilet, please take into account that it is a classic "kadibudka", i.e. there are insects with can smell. What condition you find it in and what condition you leave it in for others is up to you, the "campfire-free"

Departure and arrival can be arranged individually, if it is free and you are not blocking new arrivals, a later departure is possible and likewise, if it is not full, you can arrive drive.

A nice place for a sleepover with children. Great conversation even in the later hours.
The land is at the end of Znojmo, surrounded by a meadow and gardens, the owner was helpful when we wanted to make a fire, he willingly brought us an axe, there was enough wood to make a fire, there is enough space for sleeping, construction work about which the owner informs us in advance, we almost did not even hear, they are not so noisy to disturb us. (Construction work starts from about 7am to 6pm)
Quiet location, large lot and the kids had a lot of fun. Close to the pool and everything you need. Nice owner. Explained everything and helped.
The land fulfilled its purpose (to sleep overnight and continue the next day).
Not offend - not delight. Smell from the toilet.
