Where do the property ratings come from?
The land and the place is fine. What's not fine is the oversized RV/tent/caravan sites. It is stated that there is room for 7 separate reservations on the property. Also, after the reservation was confirmed, a message came through that there was only one other camperless camper on the property the next day. It was a big surprise that the space was filled more than stated. This could still be done, but what I found very annoying were the toilets - the TOI TOI were two for a large number of people and were almost full on the second day of our stay, also the garbage container was very undersized considering the number of campers on the property.
Summary: the site and access to the water was faultless, but the impression was spoiled by the large number of people (above the officially stated maximum), and the undersized "services" (toilets, waste container).
I appreciate and recommend the nearby "restaurant" where they cooked classy food, had a fair price, and the service was very friendly. Toilets in perfect condition - no full TOI TOI.
I also appreciated the owner's efforts to find a convenient location for us and to purchase an extra "member" after the fact.

There is a mini-market at the entrance. But they only take cash in it and in the restaurant! Nearby pedal boat and paddleboard rental 300/200 CZK per hour.

The only thing we missed was being able to wash our hands after the toilet , so some sort of sink or trough would have been nice.
The land is in a beautiful slap location, for those who like even a little bit of that hustle and bustle it's ideal, who is looking for a place of solitude completely in peace, I would rather not go here or completely out of season, which is why I do not give a full rating, because for me it is not completely camping :) The place itself is very nice and we enjoyed our stay and the owner is a very helpful and nice guy, he explained everything and communication was seamless

takto kritičtí jsou většinou hosté právě jako Vy. Je to zbytečné a škoda. Tedy za majitele:
Počet karavanů na tak velkém prostoru je u nás ve srovnání s jinými podobnými lokalitami myslím spíše „poddimenzovaný“ právě proto, že chceme, aby nebyl prostor
přeplněn. Nelze ale čekat, že zde budete s jedním dalším bezkempařem..
V popisu našeho místa je jasně uvedeno o jaké místo jde. Je tam jasně uvedeno, že v týdnu je zde krásný klid a o horkém prázdninovém víkendu
(navíc svátky Cyrila a Metoděje…) zde může být rušněji. Nikde tam naopak není uvedeno, že na pozemku více než 6.000 m2 bude maximálně 7 bezkempařů. Je tam uvedeno, že máme místo pro 7 bezkempařů.
Majitelé bezkempu navíc mohou pozemek pronajmout i svým zákazníkům. Když tedy uvádíte, že jste zde měli být jen s jedním bezkempařem jde o nepochopení z Vaší strany.
Na místo jste přijeli bez nahlášení s přívěsem s lodí. To způsobilo komplikaci, protože nebylo možné Vás umístit na plánované místo. Přesto jsem Vám vyhověl a byli jste nakonec
dokonce v první řadě u vody, mimo stanovený prostor pro Bezkemp.. Nerozumím tedy tak zbytečné kritice.
Pokud jde o WC, tak to nás mrzí, ale jde o výjimečné situace a právě případně v takto exponovaných termínech. Problémem není, že bychom nezajistili servis toalet.
Většinou jde právě o krátkodobé návštěvníky, kteří WC někdy nezamykají a pak se stane, že nám tam chodí i lidé, kteří nemají. Přesto jsem ten víkend neměl od nikoho jiného stížnost.
Poslední věcí je Vaše informace - snaha „zakoupit“ nového člena navíc, jak uvádíte. Nevím, co jste tím myslela, ale zřejmě to, že jsem Vám dal informaci o možnosti také dlouhodobého pronájmu u nás
a možná nabídky na prodloužení pobytu, protože po víkendu jsme již měli opět dost volno. To mi připadá zcela v pořádku a vstřícné. Byly totiž opravdu nádherné dny a mohli jste tu být naopak skoro sami..
Je ale jisté, že nelze mít jen pěkná hodnocení hostů. Místo se snažíme stále zdokonalovat a kritika je také podnětná. Hezké dny.
