Where do the property ratings come from?
A beautiful spot, close to nature, yet at the edge of the village. The access road is narrow; you drive into a “No Entry” zone, but cars—presumably locals—pass through here and there, though it doesn’t bother us.
When we arrived, the owner was on vacation abroad, and we were welcomed by his daughter and grandchildren. We didn’t even notice when she left, and she didn’t leave us her contact information.
The next day, another RV arrived, but no one was there to welcome it.
During the night, we could hear a thunderstorm, and it rained heavily. The fuses in the house blew, so we had no electricity. We couldn’t reach the owner by phone, and he didn’t respond to text messages either. It wasn’t until the evening that our neighbors—who had the owner’s daughter’s contact information—came to our aid. She called her brother, who eventually arrived and reset the circuit breakers.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Next time, though, we’ll make sure to have a contact number just in case.
