Quiet location and super owner.
The land is large and full of fruit trees. Connection is available and drinking water is available. The owner is just fine. I must admit that after all the places we visited, it was the best thanks to the owner and his family. They run a great bar, they have a great spit and you feel at home in no time :) The land is adjacent to the bike path, so even with frequent visits to the winery, you will always reach the destination. I recommend. We will certainly return. Pavel
I don't know if the previous evaluators were guilty,but otherwise I can't explain. All honour to the owner, well-kept and flat area, water, ele all agree.But quiet at night is a relative term. Just as long as you don't mind the farm/ poultry probably next to the property... All night long permanent humming of fans and halogens directed towards the place of sleeping..see photo.Ps.to the top right was the moon ... Not to mention the occasional breeze, probably chicken. Unfortunately the property lacks any natural shade.
I recommend it is a beautiful place with a view.the land is very large . Next year.we will be happy to return thank the owner.
