Where do the property ratings come from?
It's a quiet place - beautiful surroundings. Showers are on automatic (10 CZK), toilets and sinks are clean (by the end of the stay the sinks are slightly dirty and the floor is also dirty).
The restaurant or local pub was supposed to be open on Fridays (they bake their own bread) but they are closed over the holidays. Another pub is 1,6 KM away in the village of Kájov (Bowling - Restaurant Konibar), shop also in the village (COOP is 1,3 KM).

We left that place with somewhat mixed feelings.
On the plus side, we see the possibility of sleeping under the roof, which saved us from the rain. Then it's a great starting position in the direction of Krumlov and Lipno. The campsite has very tasty water from the borehole and there is also a small playground for children.
On the downside there are only sockets for caravans (adapters), the cleanliness and maintenance of the campsite was not great. The showers were sometimes not hot and you have to pay for them (water runs long enough though).
It's a more expensive no-campground so we expected a nicer environment and care of the site.
Next time we will opt for a no-camping site exclusively.
It's a small campsite with everything you need. Bonus is the Friday bread baking😉.
