We are happy to share with you a picturesque plot of land in the Kokořín valley, in a quiet location by a private pond. The land is available year round - paved parking for three crews, maintained and mowed year round. Each stall is paved, leveled, cleared for a camper or RV, the seating area is grassed and the entire property is fenced.There are plenty of bike trails, hiking destinations and lots of woods for mushrooming within easy reach of the property. The land itself is adjacent to the forest. Fishing (catch and release / catch and grill for a fee), boat hire, sitting by the fireplace / barbecue, in the summer months the possibility to swim.. Right next to the land there is a pulpit / sitting area - if you have patience and are quiet, you will see forest animals coming to feed within sight of you.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to spend a wonderful weekend here. The land is very nice, the possibility to refresh ourselves from the fridge (beer, wine, water, ice cream, sausage) was a very pleasant surprise. There is a bus a short walk from the property (if you are a camper or don't want to drive) that will bring you closer to the most beautiful trails of the Kokořín region. The bus runs really often. In the neighbouring meadow the deer really came to feed in the evening.

Quiet place in the countryside, nicely prepared plot, view, nice facilities, equipped fridge (sausages, popsicles, beer😉), fireplace, beautiful pond with boat. Easy access to the property. Only the Toitoika instead of a toilet...😉
