The land is accessible all year round, regularly maintained and mowed, with ready-made facilities for four caravans or motorhomes. Each pitch is carefully paved, gravelled and levelled, complete with a covered seating area with tables, benches and a fire pit.
Swimming is possible in the summer months, there is a boat and a jetty suitable for lying on or entering the water. The pond also offers the possibility of renting a boat and catch-and-release fishing (we do not catch predators here), which will be appreciated by fishing enthusiasts.
The land is closely adjacent to the forest, which is perfect for mushroom picking, walks or bike rides. There are many hiking trails and bike paths in the surroundings, which will take you through the beauty of the Kokořín landscape. Right next to the property there is a pulpit, from where you can quietly observe the forest animals that come to feed right in sight.
Two swings and a sandpit are waiting for children, so even the smallest ones will find something to do:-)And if you long for a trip to see the natural treasures, we recommend a visit to the St. Vojtěch spring - a well with clean, icy and delicious-tasting water.
The whole area is fenced, which ensures privacy and safety.

Complete satisfaction! Great communication, beautiful land with a pond, which was a real oasis for our dogs for two nights. The sausage was absolutely delicious, thank you very much! ❤️Jedinou minor imperfection was the sound of the motorbikes, but we were prepared for that from previous comments. We really enjoyed it.
