- Drinking water is not on the property but within a 10 minute walk of it. There are public groundwater springs of infant quality at two locations in the village. This water is bottled at a local bottling plant and distributed throughout Europe.

Beautiful place under the castle
Land in accordance with the description. Quiet location, yet close to everywhere. Water can be collected at the spring in the village, but the access to the spring is quite problematic. Land more suitable for smaller vans, smaller dwellers. Caravans only smaller. We've had problems with our 7m. I couldn't imagine it without a mover.There could also be a problem with cars on the parking lot right under the property. So with smaller cars it's a cool and quiet place 👍

Tohle prostě překvapilo. Více než příjemně. I když v obci (a to hodně turisticky navštěvované a známé) tak naprostý klid a pohoda. Člověk si pořád říkal, kde jsou ty lidi – ale jestli okolo pozemku prošlo za celý víkend 15 lidí tak je to moc. Malou Skálu člověk zná jako poměrně rušné místo, už jen ta silnice v údolí vedoucí podél řeky, nástupní místo na vodu, kemp, skály, hrady ... Ale nic se nekonalo. Naopak. Během poledního klidu, kdy si část posádky i "dadnula" ve stínu před karavanem, měla pro svůj spánek naprosté soukromí a klid … jen koncert cvrčků vás tu uspí. Místo je samozřejmě majitelem upravované a pravidelně sekané, ale spodní část pozemku, vedlejší louky sousedů, byly za našeho pobytu neposekány (není důvodu proč taky) a tady to cvrčkové krásně rozehráli. Prostě klid na pozemku a cvrčkové okolo vás jedou tu svojí … Když zavřete oči, máte pocit, že jste spíš někde ve středomoří. V noci stejně tak. Nic velkého, nic hlasitého, za chvíli je nevnímáte, ale když v noci ležíte v obytce tak vás to cvrlikání prostě uspí (a někoho asi taky ne). Pozemek je umístěn pod skláním hřebenem se zříceninou hradu Vranov a Pantehonem s výhledem na údolí Jizery. Celkem tři místa na kaskádách (dvě k dispozici), připravené je i ohniště se dřevem. Na místo dojedete bez problémů i delším autem (Ahorn má cca 7,80m). V okolí je kam samozřejmě vyrazit na výlet. Za půl hodiny jste nad vámi na Vranově, za další půlhodinu pak na Frýdštejně. U nás to byla kombinace pěší procházky a výletu na kole (Suché skály, Kopanina, Koberovy, Besedice, Zbirohy,..). Za zmínku a doporučení určitě stojí i farmářský obchod v dole v obci, nebo možnost vypůjčit si loď a kousek Jizery si splout.
