Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access road is, for most of the year, passable. It is a concrete/asphalt road leading up to the actual entrance to the property, which is designated for parking. The land may only be waterlogged after prolonged rainfall.
Restriction of the access road
Restricted only by the entrance gate, which is located in the corner of the property and is approximately 2.9m wide. Alternatively please take care after heavy rain, the land is grassed.

A large garden with many mysterious corners. The grass was mowed. The fence around the garden is so thoroughly overgrown that you can only hear the tourists walking by. The municipal water pump is in the middle of the village. The fireplace was ready with plenty of wood.
Beautiful location directly below the castle, the land overlooks the castle, around a high hedge providing complete privacy. With the owner absolutely super agreement, he came out to us in everything to our satisfaction. Careful when entering, with a larger car (caravan) it's a tight squeeze but well worth it. Several pubs nearby, including a children's playground by the pond and an ice cream parlour overlooking the castle. We couldn't have stayed longer - a shame. Thank you.

The land is in a beautiful location, there is peace and privacy. It was nicely mowed, no garbage. But it's hard to access for an RV or larger motorhome. There is no metal driveway over the drainage channel, the gate is narrow and it is quite an art to get through it, and when you do, you scrape the caravan against a walnut tree which is difficult for a larger caravan or motorhome to avoid - also the tree is properly scraped. With a big car and caravan - not recommended. Also the site is quite sloping, it doesn't matter for parking, it levels out, but it is a problem backing the caravan up the slope. However, we have a large car and a large caravan and have experience of just that. We were on this site two years ago and even then my husband nearly lost his nerve with the driveway and we expected the condition to improve, but alas. Hopefully for the future.
Nice quiet place, nice garden with various corners, surrounded by a hedge provides plenty of privacy, nice place to relax, starting point for trips around the area, with a view directly to Bezděz Castle
