Karbovský pond

If you choose our land for camping, you can enjoy complete privacy by the pond.
The pond is located near the picturesque South Bohemian town of Netolice, the town is within walking distance from the plot, you can easily go shopping, to a local restaurant, or just for a pleasant walk through the historic center of the town. By a pleasant walk or a shorter bike ride you can visit the pearl of Renaissance architecture, the castle Kratochvíle.

In the surroundings you will find many easier , but also more demanding cycling routes. On flat routes you can reach the Hluboká nad Vltavou Chateau, while more experienced cyclists can cycle to Holašovice. We will be happy to help you plan a suitable trip.
We offer the possibility of renting mountain bikes - for 100,- CZK/day

Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome. There are 2 places for camping on the property, if you do not reserve the whole property for yourself, it may happen that another camper with a dog will come to the property, so please consider whether your four-legged partner can handle a possible strange dog on the property.

The property can be used for a larger group by arrangement, please message us before booking.

We offer the possibility of fishing. We charge 200 CZK/day for fishing, if you wish to take any fish away , this is possible, we will agree on the price depending on the size of the fish.

In May 2023 a new paddleboard will be purchased. Want to try paddleboarding without the prying eyes from the whole adjacent beach? With us you have a unique opportunity. When you make your reservation, please write a message that you would like the paddleboard set up. Paddleboard rental fee is 300,- CZK/day.

Spring 2024 built new caddy :-)

Unpleasant news - at the end of March 2024 our neighbour cut down a copse of deciduous trees (unfortunately without prior warning). The copse pleasantly buffered the traffic from the main road, which is nearby. We are working on measures to return the atmosphere of the property to what you are used to.
