The plot can be reached in virtually any weather, the road to the plot is paved. The land itself is not paved in any way. In dry weather it is easy to drive over it. In rainy weather, the surface of the land softens.

As far as the plot is concerned, there is nothing to complain about. We enjoyed it, clean flat land adjacent to the forest. The land is a short distance from the main road, so you can hear it in the morning. The bigger problem was that there was a party going on on the neighbouring property, so music, singing until the early hours, but that's not the owner's fault. I can recommend the place.
The place is nice, you can sit both on the porch and outside, the land is absolutely flat, the grass is freshly mowed, the only minus is the road but nothing that could not survive.
More demanding entrance for a motorhome,100 m I class road,high traffic,noise,separated by cottages,chaticka with veranda and electric big plus,the land is bordered by forest on two sides,nice sitting at the outdoor table with fireplace.
Repeat visit, in terms of the porch and the plot everything is OK again. But last year at the end of the holidays the road was under reconstruction, so it was quiet at night, but this time the incessant traffic and especially the passing trucks really disturbed all night.
