You can walk down the wooden steps to the river and sit on a bench. Under normal conditions, the river water is pleasant for swimming. Small children can enjoy the swing.
The trailer is equipped with a gas stove, a small kitchenette with a sink, and basic cookware. It also includes a table, 3 chairs, a 200 x 200 cm bed, and two shelves. There is no running water or electricity. We can provide drinking water upon request (in a canister). You can get water for other uses from the river (70 m away). Please bring a flashlight. Please bring your own bedsheet (200 x 200 cm) and pillows, blankets, or sleeping bags.
There is a wood-burning stove. We can provide wood briquettes upon request; they are charged separately. There is a dry toilet, an uncovered outdoor seating area, and a fire pit. You’ll need to provide your own firewood.
The property is not isolated; it’s located in a small cottage settlement. You’ll be the only ones on the property. There is one occupied cottage right next to us. The settlement leads a quiet life, which occasionally includes the sound of a lawn mower, a chainsaw, etc.
You’ll have a view of the forested hills of Maleník and Krásnice and the silhouette of Helfštýn Castle. A bike path runs along both sides of the river. It’s 5 km from us to Lipník nad Bečvou, 3.5 km to the footbridge in the village of Rybáře, and 7.5 km to Hranice.
Salaš Maleník in Slavíč is 2 km away (by car, bike, or on foot). The Stodola u Bečvy snack bar in Rybáře is about 3.5 km away (by bike or on foot). The U Pošťáka snack bar in Týn nad Bečvou is about 2 km away (on foot; you’ll need to wade across the river).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access dirt road is straight and 450m long. After rain there are sometimes puddles and the last 120m can be a bit muddy, but still passable. The meadow can be waterlogged after heavy rain. The meadow terrain is flat and passable. In winter, the section of the dirt road along the riverbank is not plowed, so without snow or with a few centimetres of snow cover, the land is passable.
Restriction of the access road
The speed at the beginning of the driveway is limited by a packed slowing hump. There are children in the area and the dry road is dusty. Please be considerate and drive very slowly. From here on the road is straight with no restrictions. We pulled a 2.5 m wide and approx. 3 m high marquee with a tractor on the way to the site. There are a few trees and bushes around the road, sometimes we hit the roof with branches.

On the opposite bank is the Bečva cycle path. There is a dirt bike path No. 6240 next to the land. The nearest footbridge over the river is 3.5 km away. The river can be crossed in normal water conditions. There is a bike and scooter rental in Hranice. You can ride your bike to the railway station in Drahotuši and take the train to Rožnov pod Radhoštěm or Velke Karlovice and then cycle back along the Bečva cycle path. Cool.

The river is nice, romantic, has a natural character. There are perch, parma, podoustve, bream, fathead minnows, pike, perch, eels and carp. There is a small pond on our bank about 1 km downstream from us, where we fish. On the other side of the river, fishing takes place on the old branch of the Bečva.
water sports
We normally bathe in the river. It's quite shallow and flowing. In Hranice there is a nice outdoor swimming pool with a swimming pool, very pleasant for children. In Lipnik there is a natural swimming pool Jadran (there is also a beach for nudists). We like to go swimming in a beautiful flooded quarry in Výklek (19 km). There is also swimming in the quarry in Olšovec and Opatovice.

Nearby is the famous Helfštýn Castle, the ruins of Drahotuš(ch) and Puchart castles. Hranice and Lipník have beautiful urban conservation areas. In the spa town of Teplice nad Bečvou there are aragonite caves and the Macoška abyss, which is very deep, although you can't see it.
Other activities
The river is navigable by canoe from Hustopece nad Bečvou to Lipník. It is 25 km.
In the vicinity there is tennis, golf, mini golf, summer cinema. Castles in the surroundings: Helfštýn, Drahotuch, Puchart, Svrčov, Starý Jičín, Hukvaldy, Vikštejn.

Based on our own experience, we ask that you observe the following rules on and around our property. You will ensure yourself and other visitors have a pleasant stay with us and we will maintain good relations with our neighbors.
There is a strict no smoking policy inside the marquee and from open windows or doors. Please take all cigarette butts off the property with other trash.
Please be very careful when using the stove to prevent fires. There is a CO (carbon monoxide) detector alarm on the wall next to the bed next to the door.
When leaving the caravan, always check that the stove is not on fire, the tap on the gas bomb is tight, all windows are closed and the front door is locked.
Drive very slowly on the driveway by the cottages (10 km), there are children and the road is very dusty.
Do not park by the neighbour's wire fence.
No tents on the property.
Loud music, noise, yelling or other speech that may disturb the neighborhood is prohibited. Tell your children about this and supervise them.
The use of electric torches is prohibited.
Visitors are prohibited. Only the persons named on the booking are allowed on the property and in the caravan.
After 22:00, please observe night-time quiet.
Please be aware of visitors who arrive after you. Keep the property tidy and clean, and take away what you have brought onto the property. Waste containers are by the driveway.
There is a fire pit with seating in the meadow, elsewhere lighting fires is prohibited.
We have built access to the river Bečva for you. There are wooden steps and a bench on the bank, right next to our property.
Do not leave any traces of your visit or your pets visit, keep your dog under 100% control so that it does not bother others in the area. Only allow dogs to roam freely with your direct supervision, use a leash if people are nearby.
Violations of the Camp-Free Ethics Ten Commandments and our rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

To be honest, I don’t know how best to sum up this stay. I’m wondering if I’m just being picky or if there really is a lot of room for improvement. So I’ll just be honest, and everyone can make up their own mind.
I definitely wouldn’t go back with small children. The sleeping arrangements were great (a clean, large, and comfortable bed), but that’s where all the “perks” end. There’s no running water. It would be so easy to just put out a rainwater barrel, for example. It’s a hassle to walk 200 meters from the dry toilet to the river to wash your hands, especially since the path down to the river is very steep and you have to wade through mud to get into the water.
The description says that the owner will provide drinking water upon request. No one asked me, and we were greeted by a small 10-liter canister. You don’t want that. It wasn’t enough for two days, not even for drinking. There is a stove, but there’s no way to wash dishes. There’s a sink, but nowhere to get water.
Right next door is a cabin where some locals were staying; they were constantly outside, and I was afraid to even speak loudly because I felt like we were bothering them. (Maybe that impression was unfounded.)
The trailer lacks a trash can or trash bag (we’re used to taking our trash with us). I didn’t find a single towel or dishcloth…
For 1,000 CZK a night, we’ve stayed in much better-equipped and nicer places.
The lot is relatively large, but aside from the outdoor seating area, there’s absolutely nothing on it. For example, a clothesline would come in handy. There’s no shade. There’s nowhere to store food in a cooler spot.
I’ve been using Bezkemp for four years now, and I’ve seen it all. But in my opinion, this place is overpriced.
The owner was very accommodating after our initial setback due to a last-minute reservation. A quiet, pleasant place.
Everything was great, just as described; the amenities were fantastic, and the neighbor is close by, but it wasn't a problem. The only thing missing is direct access to the river right below the property, but a short distance downstream, near the rapids, there's a beautiful spot for swimming, and you can easily wade across to the other side.
A beautiful, sunny plot of land—we were here four years ago with our RV. The bushes and trees have grown a bit since then, and now they block the view of Helfštýn Castle. Back then, the trailer wasn’t available yet—it was still “under construction.” If you love being at one with nature, this is great—no electricity, but the owner is prepared for the evening hours. The trailer is luxurious; you’ll find everything you need, drinking water is ready in a canister, and there’s an outhouse—but what’s really great are the hikes and the bike trail along the Bečva River; it’s beautiful. In the evening, you can grill sausages—it’s a paradise for dogs.
We were very satisfied.
