We offer something that isn’t usually a given when camping—your own bathroom with a shower and toilet, which you’ll have all to yourself for the duration of your stay. Cyclists also have access to a dedicated bike storage room.
The campsite is located on a grassy plot on the outskirts of the village of Rodvínov, just 4 km from Jindřichův Hradec, and there’s only one—ensuring your privacy.
In the adjacent house, we operate vacation rentals in the attic. You may see guests from the apartment during your stay, but the layout of the property and the house is designed so that guests do not disturb one another. The ground floor of the house is unoccupied, so you won’t be surprised by anyone.
A 230V electrical outlet is available right next to the campsite. There is also an outlet in the bike shed. Drinking water is available on the exterior wall right next to the bathroom. In the village, you’ll find a playground and a pub. The surrounding area offers opportunities for cycling, hiking, and exploring South Bohemia.
By prior arrangement, up to two groups of friends or campers can use the grassy lot. In that case, please contact us via the “Ask a Question” button, specify your request, and we’ll adjust the price for you individually.

The owners are travelers themselves, but they don’t want to travel in a large RV with a shower and toilet. That’s why they created something they themselves would enjoy while on the road. A separate LUXURY bathroom with a toilet (the kind you can only dream of at a campground—and even a very good hotel wouldn’t be ashamed to have) is available exclusively for guests camping here. The property is peaceful; no one disturbed us, though at night we could hear cars a little from the road, which is about 300 meters away as the crow flies, just beyond the forest. But that was probably mainly because we were sleeping in a tent. If you’re sleeping in a car, you probably won’t even notice it. It’s also because, aside from birdsong and other pleasant sounds, it’s completely quiet here… and when even the birds fall silent in the evening…
The property has a slight slope, so you’ll either have to accept that you won’t be sleeping on perfectly level ground (in a tent). Or you’ll sleep in a car, which is easy to level out :-)
About 4 km away is a former sand quarry, which is a great place to swim in the summer; it’s also about 4 km to Jindřichův Hradec. If you like exploring the area by bike, this is the ideal base.
We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.
