We were here for the festivities. The land was fine, we did not observe mosquitoes or the smell of horses, as someone wrote. The lady owner offered to drive us to the event, advised us on the way back. We are satisfied.

We only used it for sleeping during the Festivities. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We didn't feel the horses nor were we disturbed. On the contrary, they had a beautiful view during breakfast. Even the train didn't disturb us, despite the property being right next to the tracks. The water and electricity pole at each stall is also a plus. Repellent definitely with you. Highly recommended and would love to return sometime maybe with the kids.
