Lake Niesłysz is located on the Torzym Plain in the southern part of the Lubuskie Lake District, which is part of the Southern Baltic Sea Region.
The fenced plot is located between holiday homes.
The land is 100m from the lake. Public, free beaches are within 5 minutes walk.
Electricity paid on site / 150 kc/day.
The village is recreational and has several beaches and boat rental. In the village there is a fish restaurant, pizzeria. There is a grocery store in the next village.
I recommend bicycle trips. The whole lake can be circumnavigated (about 20km) by bike path. On the way there are several beaches where you can swim.
Interesting is the town of Lagow 30 km from Niesulice with a castle located at the neck of two deep lakes and where there is a boat rental and a very good restaurant.
There is also a 100 ha golf course in the nearby village of Kalinowo.
Lake Niesłysz is rich in many species of fish due to its purity. A very large percentage of all fish are: bream, pike, tench, rudd, perch, bream, roach and bream. Depending on the area, you may encounter larger or smaller groups of fish such as: bream, carp, vendace, catfish, eel, shad and whitefish. Thanks to the well-developed aquatic and terrestrial vegetation, the sites away from the recreation centres are breeding grounds for many bird species. Cranes, herons, great swans and sea eagles are the most common.
Next to the land there is the owner's house (for rent) , where it is possible, in case it will not be occupied to use by prior agreement and a modest fee toilet, showers, facilities.
The owner speaks Czech.
On a part of the adjacent land, can be parked cars of the residents of the neighboring cottage. There is not much traffic.

Paid fishing on site.There is also the possibility of catching fish on the owner's sulphur pond in the next village.

Lake Niesłysz - a large and clean lake. There are free public beaches, gently sloping entrance, sandy bottom.Two public beaches nearby within 5 minutes walk. The beaches are supervised by lifeguards. Along the shore of the lake, there are many wild places where you can swim and where you will be alone.

The surrounding area is wild and sparsely populated around the lake. Only holiday resorts . I recommend hiking to the recreational village Przelazy 6 km .

Golf course Kalinowo 3 km.Kayaking or paddleboating on the canals around the lake.
Puppies are allowed provided they are calm and well-behaved, on a leash, owners clean up after them :-).

Beautiful place near the lake
The land is quiet and fenced a short walk from the lake. With the master there is a perfect agreement.
We highly recommend, the owner is sympathetic and very interested, the response was amazingly fast, saved us in the dark, the land is flat and really close to the pier, pisecne beach, playground..
The owner Darek is a great landlord, he is easy to get along with. Nice place, close to the water. The lake is beautiful. Recommended :)

Pozemek se nachází v rekreační části obce,mezi zástavbou. Nicméne ulice je slepá a je tam velký klid. Kousek k jezeru na koupání, nebo otevřete branku nasednete na kolo a vyrazíte na výlet. Malý pozemek, ale bezpečné místo na stání. Majitel hovoří česky.
