The meadow spans over 1 hectare, and there are always a maximum of 4 guests on the property at any given time. Unauthorized entry is prevented by a chain, so there’s absolutely no risk of an overcrowded campsite—you’ll have plenty of privacy. Access is via a paved road; there is a no-entry sign near the bike path outside the LČR area—don’t be alarmed. We have an agreement with the forestry office that guests may enter our property and use the campsite. If there is any issue, please state that you are guests at our meadow or give us a call. Everything’s fine—the beach for fishing and swimming is really close by; it’s a peaceful, quiet spot surrounded by nature—just relaxing. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the slightly sloping terrain, so finding a spot to pitch a tent was quite a challenge. If you’re using anything other than a standard tent, it’s no problem at all.

Close to the water; we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities at the reservoir. Two snack stands within about 200 meters. Solar charging for phones, e-bikes, etc.—and it’s free. Even though the weather was extremely hot, there were no lines anywhere, and there was plenty of space on the beach. No one even minds pets swimming. We were definitely satisfied; we highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Slezská Harta is an amazing body of water.
