Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Asphalt road up a slight hill, only the last 60 metres or so is on an old stone road with a central grassy strip. After prolonged rainfall, or in snow cover, the road can be less passable. We therefore recommend the site for caravans, motorhomes, or if there is a good pull for smaller caravans, preferably with a drive, but if someone who knows how is behind the wheel it is possible to drive an almost 7 metre caravan the first time without unhooking the caravan.
Restriction of the access road
The driveway is used daily by the cottagers behind the hill, two cars cannot avoid it, but it is about 100 meters. The entrance gate is 4 metres wide.

Cycle up the hilly terrain to the local lookout tower, and to the well-known viewpoint with the possibility of refreshments at the local Dubice church towering on a rock above the Porta Bohemica with the Elbe River.

Added a sandpit for children including basic sand toys.
hiking
A hike to the village or towards the motorway flyover with a beautiful panoramic view, then along the forest path to the lookout tower, which stands on the motorway bridge and offers beautiful views of the Bohemian Central Highlands.
Other activities
Possibility to play disc golf on a portable basket, as the land has over 5000 m2 and is regularly mowed. Possibly other space-intensive games.
Decent quiet behavior within the rules of neighborly coexistence, although there is no neighbor, but keep in mind that even animals like peace...

Beautiful place in beautiful nature. You can choose a sunny or shady place for the caravan, the landlord provided comprehensive information via the app, it was no problem to agree on everything! Thank you, it was great again!
Thank you for the opportunity to spend the night with the dogs in a beautiful place 😊. We arrived at the property after dark, so I definitely recommend arriving earlier with a large car or caravan. The fence on the property can be scaled by a handy jumper at the point of entry, but we managed 🙏🏻😉. A small dog can again at the bottom can playfully escape under the gate. Because the fenced places for separate reservation ( if you have dogs too) are like saffron, I give a positive rating, only for dog owners I specify the current situation. Communication with the owner is excellent. I can gladly recommend the place.🤗
Friendly, fast, professional owner, the land offers absolute privacy, excellent facilities. At the same time it is easily accessible. Ideal place for families with children and as a base for trips to the nearby Bohemian Central Highlands, Ore Mountains. I highly recommend.
Beautiful surroundings, pleasant seating on the shady terrace and an amazing view. We went for a long weekend and enjoyed it to the fullest. The only downside was the noise from the quarry on the opposite slope, which didn't stop until midday on Friday night. Sunday morning was already fabulous. A huge benefit for us dog walkers is the fencing which adds to the peace and quiet. Thank you, we would love to visit again.
Beautiful well-kept site for camping with or without a dog. Amazing views and really quiet. I think we'll be back on our bikes. I've done it with the motorhome, but it must be dry. Really cool.
