Slightly sloping fenced plot on the outskirts of the village. Good place for trips around Okoř, Nelahozeves, Velvary, Resort Svět in Úžice. A short walk to a restaurant with a biotope. When entering the property with caution with a longer car we have 7,5 m, but with the assistance of my wife everything went fine. Overall we were satisfied and can definitely recommend. Thank you

I'd say it's an undervalued piece of land so far. It may not offer luxury, but real peace and quiet near the city centre is guaranteed. Its size guarantees maximum privacy despite being fully occupied. As a plus I rate the prepared fireplace with wood and the offer to use the trampoline and play elements for children, neither of which we did not use due to the rainy weather. Who is looking for peace and quiet and at the same time proximity to the city, this land is for him. It is a plot I would happily return to again.
