A nice place. We even managed to catch a big carp. The owners were very friendly. They brought us some water.

Good communication with the owners, the lady drove to the place to agree on possibly vacating the place with the fishermen, but there was no need to solve anything.
Land clean, no tall grass, mowed, no rubbish anywhere, bins available.
Dry toilet clean, taken out, no dirt anywhere.
The only downside is the proximity to the motorway and the noise from it (but we passed :-)
