Our electricity is produced by a solar power plant(enough for normal operation without using more powerful appliances. It is perfectly sufficient for normal electronics and lighting. Hot water for showering is provided by a wood boiler. The toilet is a modern compostable separating toilet willa 9010,so no spiders in the tub in the yard :) The cottage is ideal for a romantic, undisturbed stay in the countryside for two or four people, but fully sufficient for up to 7 people. The cottage has a large meadow where your children or your guests can pitch a tent (by prior arrangement)

The cottage is situated in a quiet and peaceful environment. Plenty of privacy for someone who wants to take a break from everything and everyone. The only company is the singing of the birds. And yet a stone's throw away is the village of Vilémov and the town of Humpolec. We did not miss anything in the cottage, it is equipped sufficiently. We are very glad that we could come here with our hafan. The meadow next to the cottage was most appreciated by the dog :-) The cottage is spacious and the stove is just the icing on the cake. We would love to come back! The communication with the owner is flawless. Thank you!

A beautiful cottage tucked away in the woods. Communication with the owner without problems, there are instructions in the cabin. The cottage is spacious and comfortably equipped. On arrival we had flooded and beds ready. Plačkovský pond in sight. Great!

A magical little cottage hidden among the trees in the countryside. The owner is very nice and willing to help with everything. We had the flooded and beds made up on arrival. We enjoyed Christmas in peace and also with goodness thanks to a surprisingly large snowfall, until we thought we would be forced to stay longer, but after clearing the snow from the car and melting the roads, we managed to leave with the car on the day without being towed by the owner's tractor or ATV. Humpolec can be reached on foot in an hour even in heavy snowfall, so everything you can think of is available. The off-grid cabin is very well furnished. I recommend it with all ten!

A lovely weekend. I was very impressed with the whole concept of the building. I compliment the owner. Everything is beautifully and comfortably equipped and furnished. After driving in the rain from the bus stop, the melted stove was a nice welcome. And I can not fail to mention the biotope pond, which will be appreciated even by hardy people in the winter months. I highly recommend it. Hopefully there will be an opportunity to return.
