The cottage is in complete privacy in a secluded area by the forest and by a stream. The large meadow belonging to the cottage invites to various games and sports. A beautiful pond with clear water 500 meters from the cottage. Near the cottage a beautiful swimming pond with a pier. ATTENTION the cottage is Off - the - grid.. or without connection to the public network. The reward for this is complete solitude in a beautiful cottage in the woods. Our electricity is produced by a solar power plant(enough for normal operation without using more powerful appliances. It is perfectly sufficient for normal electronics and lighting. Hot water for showering is provided by a wood boiler. The toilet is a modern compostable separating toilet willa 9010,so no spiders in the tub in the yard :) The cottage is ideal for a romantic, undisturbed stay in the countryside for two or four people, but fully sufficient for up to 7 people. The cottage has a large meadow where your children or your guests can pitch a tent (by prior arrangement)

The accommodation was very pleasant. Clean cottage in a beautiful and quiet location. You can enjoy solitude here and yet civilization is not far away. The owner has everything you need at the cottage (except sugar :)). We would love to come back Lenka
Very nice and fully equipped cottage, in a quiet location. Arrangement with the owner cool. Electricity from the solar panels is abundantly sufficient for normal operation. Hot water from the spa stove is a moment away.
Access to the cottage is fine. You can hear the nearby highway a bit in the evening and at night.

Great cottage really secluded and yet a short walk from the town and even closer to the village to the swimming pool and playground. Perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything at all, there was even a folding bed for our little one (although our little one doesn't sleep in it), there is a gate above the stairs.
All instructions were waiting for us in the manual, and when we needed, the owner answered promptly.
One thing to reckon with though, which must be obvious to anyone from the approximate location of the cottage, the motorway is audible here. Admittedly just outside, it's nothing bothersome, but it's there. That's why the stars are amazing to see :)
The cottage is situated in a quiet and peaceful environment. Plenty of privacy for someone who wants to take a break from everything and everyone. The only company is the singing of the birds. And yet a stone's throw away is the village of Vilémov and the town of Humpolec. We did not miss anything in the cottage, it is equipped sufficiently. We are very glad that we could come here with our hafan. The meadow next to the cottage was most appreciated by the dog :-) The cottage is spacious and the stove is just the icing on the cake. We would love to come back! The communication with the owner is flawless. Thank you!
