A large grassy courtyard surrounded by buildings built between 1420 and 1470. In the centre of the courtyard is a large granary with an original forge. The courtyard is so large that it could accommodate dozens of cars even with sufficient spacing. The yard is in the middle of the Haná River, close to the 3 towns of Olomouc, Přerov and Prostějov.
On the plot there is clean water from a well.
The nearest grocery store is 100m from the entrance gate and a pub with draft beer is also very close.
At a distance of 3km is the nature reserve Les Království and a little further ( about 4km) is a beautiful natural monument - a large medieval slate quarry - a total of 3 sites about 500m apart U Strejčkova lomu, Cigánská zmoly and U bílých hlín - check out the photos....

Beautiful, spacious, owner maintained lot. Good place for bike trips to the surrounding area. Peace, quiet and very friendly owner. We will certainly be back.

Super quiet place in the manor yard, possibility of trips on foot or by bike. Close to swimming pool, across from grocery store, fire pit in backyard. Land is really big so plenty of room. For us we definitely recommend it, we liked it :)
