Fine as a base for trips. Admittedly right next to the road but you basically don't notice it. For me I can only recommend 😉
Land for sleeping or even as a bike shed. Surrounded by dense greenery, can be closed off = children won't get wet, gas station nearby, swimming pool, beer stand, food truck a little further. Nice walk around the pond, bike paths.
As usual, we did not miss anything and we were satisfied. We come back repeatedly,there is always something to discover in the area.
