From the main road (asphalt) it goes down to the garden about 15 meters - grassy surface - slight slope. The problem could be if there was a big waterlogging due to long rains. Otherwise no problems. Grass always cut. The parking area for motorhomes is paved with grass pavers and completely level (no need to level cars with wedges) .

The camping plot is located at the bottom of the lovingly maintained large garden under the owners' house. It is located in the village, but as it is a small village that doesn't matter at all. The surrounding area is beautiful and most importantly relatively undiscovered. There was covered seating, a portable fire pit, dry wood, water and electricity. The owners are very nice and accommodating and even our dog was warmly welcomed. We only spent two days and one night here, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as a hike up Kohout Mountain and a short walk to the local church, which is sure to impress with its history and architecture. There are many more possibilities for excursions, but unfortunately we lacked time.
