You will find it in a cozy cottage near a forest with a pond about 4 km from the nearest town.
Walks in the woods, romantic candlelight and fireside romances, bike trips, hikes or cultural excursions. In winter, skating, ski slopes and cross-country skiing, swimming pool with sauna, all conveniently within easy reach.
Leave your electronics at home and come and enjoy nature and peace.
Up to 8 people can sleep comfortably here. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen even for cooking a more demanding lunch. There is a gas stove with oven, gas refrigerator. Drinking and drinking water in barrels. For lighting there is a 12V power supply. In colder weather the whole cottage can be heated by a wood stove.
For sleeping there are duvets and pillows, please bring your own sheets or sleeping bags.
Cleaning and rubbish removal on departure is a matter of course :-)

At the reservoirs 0,1,2, about 2 km away, it is possible to fish with one-day permits (price 500 CZK) - here it is not necessary to be a member. Permits can be bought directly at the stand at the dam.

Cross-country ski trail right in front of the chalet.
Ski slope in Polička, excellent for children, Olesnice about 20 km. Ice skating right next to the chalet or at the ice rink in Polička.

Swimming pools in Polička, Litomyšl, Sebranice.

hiking
The cottage is close to hiking trails, near the Ždárské Hills. About 5 km up Balda hill, where the red trail leads behind the cottage. The red trail also leads to Polička, about 4 km away. About 20 km away is the sandstone rock town of Toulovcovy Maštale.

Nice accommodation in the countryside. Right next to the cottage pond and forests.
Despite the bad weather, the stay was a very pleasant experience due to the coziness of the cottage. Mrs. owner very helpful. Thank you and sometime in the future we will enjoy again.

The cottage is among the woods so you can go mushroom picking, which we always manage to do with a full basket. 🍄🟫
