We live in a small house by the woods with a small garden in a quiet street. We love to travel and also meet new friends, travellers.
Come and stay with us for one or more nights, with a caravan or tent and enjoy the view of the setting sun behind the hills.
There are plenty of quarries to swim in (our favorite is Homolák). It is a short walk to Brdy and Křivoklát. Ideal as a starting point for trips around the Beroun area, either on foot or by bike (cycle path 5 minutes by bike).
It's not a luxury, it's just our little garden, which I am currently transforming into a permaculture garden, so you can watch my process of creation rather than a finished flowering and fruiting garden. But it's changing every day. :)
What is waiting for you here?
The natural pond attracts dragonflies and usually one frog per season. Ducks come once and pheasants another time. We regularly have deer visiting us from the woods, which we watch through the fence.
There is an outdoor seating area, barbecue and space for a tent or caravan.
Included in the price is a parking/camping spot, wifi, firewood, electricity, water. No outside toilet or shower at this time (use of shower and toilet in house can be arranged if desired).
Cannot pour chemical toilets as we have a dry cleaner and she does not like chemicals.

Night quiet 10pm-8am, as this is a quiet street, please respect the animals in the woods and also the peace of the neighbours.
No rubbish (there is a bin outside the entrance which you can use - anything that doesn't belong in the bin or doesn't fit in the bin please remove from the property).

I slept one night on the property under the orphanage, it's a quiet nice place. There was great communication with the owner. She was very helpful.
A small space in the garden of the family house, which provides plenty of privacy. You can't see the neighbours at all and the garden is bordered by woods on one side, so there would be a view. The biggest benefit is the beautiful surroundings and the very nice owner. For larger cars or caravans without a mover it can be a challenge to get to the site, the street is uphill and the driveway is not the widest. We parked with no problem thanks to the mover, but couldn't have done without it. Anyway, the site is definitely worth a visit if you are going to explore the area.
