We offer for short-term rent a garden in Krásná Lípa, a town located on the border of the National Park Czech Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains, - fenced plot ( fence height 2m with shielding fabric - for greater privacy from the busier side ) with a temporary gate - ( width of about 5 m ), gate only " locked with loop door " - entrance is free, without the need to hand over the keys. The gate can be locked for the duration of the stay, e.g. with a bike lock. After leaving the property, it can only be closed again with a wire loop :-) Total area of 528 m2 with the possibility of camping and parking a car directly on the property. I accept only one reservation, so you will always be alone on the property ! Entrance to the plot directly from the road, so should not be a problem even in winter ( if you rake the parking spot :-) ) . There is no electricity, no toilet, no source of drinking water on the plot, but it is right in the town - ( a tap with drinking water confirmed by asking at the SČVK - Square in Krásná Lípa, approximately in the middle, next to the benches by the lime tree. ) It is a quiet place in a recreational area at the end of the town, despite it about 7 minutes walk from the train station and near rich forests inviting to mushroom picking and blueberry picking, a pond and a nearby pond with the possibility of fishing ( fishing ground - must have a fishing license ) and hiking trails - a perfect starting point for hiking and cycling ( blue trail next to the plot - in season very popular ) .
Also important is the wheelchair accessible trail for wheelchair hikers, which is the first of its kind in the Ústí nad Labem region. The wheelchair accessible hiking trail is certified by the Czech Tourist Club. The circuit is nine kilometres long and begins and ends at the House of Bohemian Switzerland on the square in Krásná Lípa.
If you come to the plot in the winter season, there is a possibility of winter sports, for example, in the SKI ski resort Horní Podluží, located about 8.2 km from the plot, as well as the winter sports centre Jiřetín pod Jedlovou, located about 11 km away, and the ski lift Rumburk, located about 7.5 km from the garden.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The road from the town / station towards the garden is asphalted and maintained even in winter. A few meters before the entrance to the garden, the asphalt road turns into a rocky road, see photos. In order to park on the property in winter, it is necessary to rake a parking space in case of snow.

Across the tracks, near the garden is the nearest fishing ground - Pond 1 , nearby is another pond " Under the track " , Cimrák pond is the largest in Krásná Lípa. It is a relaxation area just a few steps from the centre with a location between the town park, the sports complex and Křinický náměstí. Around the pond and along its dam there is a cycle path with the possibility of inline skating. There is also a relaxing gazebo and a playground. In the nearby town of Rybniště there is the so-called Big Pond - the pond with an area of 36 hectares is located in the nature reserve of the same name. It is an ornithological site, e.g. there is the common sandpiper, red-breasted merganser, little buzzard, ashy crane or sea eagle. Swimming is prohibited.

There is a newly built fire pit in the garden, however, please take care to extinguish it after use. Only leave the burning area after the fire has been thoroughly extinguished - either by pouring water over it or by covering it with soil. The fireplace must not be smoking when you leave, and the ashes and soil under the fireplace must be cool. Observe night-time quiet. Make sure that you leave the plot free of rubbish.

It was okay. Would be good if there was water om the site and a toilet. Location is great.
As it was the first time we used the service, we didn't quite know how it worked. Yes, our mistake. We found the site, registered, went to eat and waited about 2 hours for confirmation. The confirmation didn't come so we went elsewhere. We didn't sleep on the property.

A plot of land (quite small) in a gardening colony. In August, crowded with people and animals. As we have a dog and there was a big one next door too, we preferred to leave and not use it for sleepovers.
děkuji za zpětnou vazbu i když mě docela mrzí, že jste nepřespali. Ty noci tam bývají právě to nejhezčí, nedaleká vyhledávaná turistická trasa již zeje prázdnotou, sousedovic fena Brenda již také neštěká a za jasného nočního nebe plného jasných hvězd je slyšet pouze cvrkot cvrčků do letní noci. A pak ty ranní východy slunce, kdy je ještě sousedovic louka přikryta mlhavým oparem a slunce se s prvními paprsky pomalu vyhupuje nad nedalekým lesem. Jinak zahrada je stále v procesu úprav, letos podél plotu ze strany od cesty vysázeny okrasné dřeviny - venkovní Ibišky a Tavolníky, takže až povyrostou, tak v době květu to tam bude opět o něco útulnější. Nebylo to úplně podle Vašich představ, chápu a i tak Vám děkuji za návštěvu a přeji mnoho úspěšných výletů, Petr
