There is plenty of space for 2 motorhomes or 2 cars with caravans or tents.

Enjoy a quiet stay right next to the forest on a plot of almost 1000 m2, where no one will disturb you. There will be a marquee with an awning under which you can hide from the sun or rain. You can sit at the beer set or at the folding table, which you can place in any location. You can then build a campfire in the fire pit, for which you will have wood ready (granite grill stone is also available). In the marquee you will find an eco-friendly toilet, a fridge and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a water source and electric hook-up on the property for your use. If you plan a stay here outside of the weekend, you will probably be all alone in the entire settlement (3 cottages, 3 cabins and 1 house).

toilet - An eco-friendly toilet is available in the marquee. If you require a flush toilet, you can use the toilets at the Eurobit petrol station in Trhova Kamenica.

drinking water - On the wall of the marquee you will find a tap with a water source. According to the latest analysis, the water meets the quality criteria for drinking water. However, its use is at your own risk.

Greywater (shower, washing) - In the case of using eco products, the grey water can be poured into the compost heap in the corner of the plot. This is not a way to dispose of the toilet fill.

Beautiful, peaceful garden. Amazing church behind the wall. Breakfast under the trees. Perfect grounds - a marquee with kitchen, toilet and outside light. Table with benches. Just a few small cottages next door. First and certainly not last sleepover in the car. Nearby hikes, castles, lookout tower just down the road.
Curious cats will visit you during your stay, I was scared of them in the dark 😃.

Beautiful garden where it is absolutely quiet. There is a fully equipped shed with a dry toilet. We also roasted some sausages and we rate the whole stay great! The nature around is beautiful, we recommend a visit to the pub from 1613 in Svobodné Hamry. They have excellent food, especially the buns. There is also an open-air museum a short distance away.

Great quiet place. Excellent communication with the owner. On the land accessible maringotka in which was everything needed ( dishes, kettle, fridge, water, toilet.....) At night absolute quiet and during the day only a few cars passed by, but the land is at a sufficient distance from the road, so it did not disturb.
