Swimming is possible directly from the property in the pond Řezník or from its dam nearby. About 1 km in Myslkovice is the pond Člunovec, Roudenské sandpits are about 5 km away and Veselské sandpits about 15 km.
This place is perfectly situated for cycling trips (charging station for electric bikes about 4 km in Klenovice), hiking or sightseeing trips. In the village of Myslkovice (500m) there is a grocery store, a chateau with a children's playground. In addition, near the property (500m) there is the Daisy Ranch with a mini-zoo.
Other places of interest in the vicinity include the town of Sobeslav (3 km- lookout tower with the Way of the Cross, Hláska tower), lookout tower in Krátošice (7 km), Choustník Castle (12 km), Červená Lhota (15 km), the town of Tábor (15 km), Hluboká nad Vltavou (40 km).

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The access road from the road to the Palouček is solid and stable even in long lasting rains ( according to the words of the digger ). Nevertheless, the Palouček has a slight slope, is grassed and someone could have a problem in the rain ( so far this has not happened,even during a visit in February ) In case of a problem, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Access to the Palouček is unrestricted. There is no risk of damage, just keep to the access roads.

Quiet land by the pond, in the summer it can be beautiful. Excellent communication with the owner. Cool fireplace. Small minus a short distance from a busy road, but still in a nice location. Beautiful bathhouse :-)
The stay was planned in a hurry, but even so, everything was ready, the agreement with the kind owner was excellent, if the time works out, I will be happy to return again.
The location is very quiet, away from people, I didn't meet anyone the whole time. The nature around is great, a magical pond near which super mushrooms grow, I had a nice rest and my dog was really excited about the beautiful meadow and the paddock!!

Great peace and quiet, on the property yourself, views of the stars simply - WOW. Plenty of wood for the fire, prompt communication with the owner.
The land was nice and you can see that the owner really cares about it. Even though the road was a short distance away, it didn't bother or disturb. With the owner was super communication was nice and helpful.
