The lodge has one bedroom with a double bed that can be split into two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room that provides two more beds if needed. In total, the property is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
The garden with the cottage is located on the outskirts of the small village of Nové Lesy, overlooking the fields and forest. The whole plot is fenced and therefore suitable for visitors with dogs.
There is an outdoor pergola with a fireplace and an equipped kitchen (barbecue skewers, dishes, glasses, cutlery). Just please - in extreme dry weather there is a great risk of fires, take great care and never walk away from a fire! Only build a fire in the pergola - in the fireplace.
There is also an outdoor shower during the summer.
The property has no drinking water (there is only a well - we use water on a regular basis).
Please keep the night quiet! We only have one neighbour, but we still want to maintain good relations. :)
If your four-legged friend is travelling with you, please pick up their poop.
We only ever rent the land to one landlord, however if there are more than one of you, let us know and we will make arrangements.
If you are unable to attend we do not offer the option of rebooking, thank you for your understanding.

Tips for the trip:
Safari Park is less than a 5 minute drive or even a short walk away.
You can also walk (about half an hour) to the beautiful Forest Kingdom Dam. About 15 minutes by car you can also reach the Kuks Hospital. And in half an hour you are in Jánské Lázně (cable car or hiking trip to Černá hora), or 40 minutes to Pec pod Sněžkou (cable car or hiking trip to Sněžka).

- Heating of the cottage is possible by a fireplace stove, which is located in the living room and without any problem heats the whole building. The wood is already chipped and ready in the wood shed by the access gate.

V zadní části pozemku, kde se nachází zázemí pro údržbu zahrady chováme slepice. Každý den dle vzájemné dohody přijedeme nakrmit (10 min)

1) Please keep the cottage, pergola and grounds clean and tidy.
2) Every day the grounds manager will come to feed the chickens and parrots by mutual agreement - this task will not take more than 10 min.
3) Please report any damages before your departure
4) Please pick up after your four-legged pets' excrement.
5) Please observe the night-time quiet.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in is between 15:00-16:00, check-out is no later than 10:00. By prior arrangement, it is possible to arrange earlier check-in or later check-out. At the end of the stay, the tenant is obliged to hand over the property to the landlord in its original condition.
A refundable deposit of CZK 2.000,- in cash is required on arrival to cover any damages. If everything is in order on departure, the deposit is refunded in full.
Use of the property and its surroundings is at your own risk. The landlord is not liable for any physical, psychological or financial harm to the tenant.

I have just returned from resting at the cabin and the word that resonates most in my mind is silence. You will find perfect silence, peace and darkness in the evening and at night. I had a large amount of firewood prepared by the owners, and I was warm the whole time because it was autumn outside the window - wind, rain. In the cottage you will find everything you can think of. I didn't miss anything. I could cook, heat, wash comfortably and relax downstairs by the stove or upstairs in the sleeping loft with a view. A homemade bun and a fire was waiting to welcome me. Mr. Jakub is very caring and it was obvious that his first priority was to make sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable here. The owners have put their heart into the cottage and it shows. I look forward to returning in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor pergola and large garden with different nooks and crannies. Thank you.❤️
