What is not locked is available.Fire can be made only in the fireplace, wood is stacked by the wooden shed. It is possible to park up to 3 cars, but on one reservation.The plot can be accessed by a medium sized caravan or a car with a caravan.The gate to the plot is 3 m long.It is possible to park at the driveway of the plot.I do not know the maximum size of the plot, but I backed a large van with a trolley and the rig was 8.5 m long and fine.

The land is beautiful,the owner is friendly,quiet place,super swimming,trips,fishing well just super place I can only recommend ❤️
We visited the property for the first time and were extremely satisfied. It is located in a quiet small village, right in a gardening colony by a nice pond. There was plenty of space for camping, we appreciated the fireplace with prepared wood and the seating area with the possibility to use the half-timbering. There was a clean dry toilet and a simple camp shower hanging from a tree which we used for washing up - it only had a 5 litre capacity but still served us well. A big plus was the covered patio with table and benches - ideal in inclement weather. Communication with the owner was great, he was very accommodating even with a change of date on our part. The only minor thing was that neighbours from the surrounding gardens occasionally peeked in, but this didn't significantly disrupt our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it further - for couples and families.
In every way, the garden served perfectly as a summer home and as a starting point for exploring the westernmost end of the Ore Mountains. Excellent location relative to public transport. And the swimming!

Nice location, making it a no-camp is a great idea. Everything was excellently described, from the description of the land it is clearly clear what is allowed and what is not, in the final there is no need to communicate anything extra. It might be useful for dogless campers to know that the land is not fenced on one side, and that the neighbours also have a dog. However, our stay didn't bother us in the slightest and hopefully we will get back here again. Thank you 🙂
