This location is very accessible from D1 in close proximity to the motorway to Vienna. You can hear cars overnight, but they are muffled and you don't notice them. The land is on a slight slope, but nothing that wedges don't solve or is almost flat in about three places. Space? Unreal and generous :-) It's a garden village - totally quiet and although we arrived late at night (self service), no one noticed apart from the neighbour's dog. Communication with the owner - above standard.
