I was on this property in early November and I have to say that it was a total blast. The land is located on the edge of a small village between Neratovice and Melnik, it is almost completely flat, grassy and mowed. There is a possibility to connect to electricity and water, but I did not use it.
The place was completely quiet - no people, no cars, no noise. Although it's an open area, it's a bit sheltered by buildings and trees so there's no wind. An ideal place for a quiet rest.
The owner was quick to respond - he confirmed the booking right away and responded promptly to a follow-up question. Access after the rain was no problem. Although the last section is on gravel with a few potholes full of water, but even with a front wheel drive van it was perfectly fine. Definitely nothing to worry about, passable even after rain.
Overall great place, quiet, friendly owner and hassle free access. I recommend it.
