On the SE Ranch, which is 400m from the property, there is a cozy cafe and in the summer months a stand with delicious desserts, homemade lemonade, ice cream, waffles and cocktails. During the summer months there are weddings on Saturdays, however the snack stand is open.

A pleasant spot on a gently sloping meadow, but you’ll definitely find a flat spot for a tent or tarp. As the location suggests, you can hear cars, trains, dogs, and wildlife at night, but you’ll have privacy around the campsite—only a few locals passed by, and that was during a holiday weekend. Communication with the owner and the cottage staff was very pleasant; we left with a supply of fresh water. The outhouse is well-maintained and clean, and there are plenty of raspberries and blueberries in the area. When we visit the Krásná Lípa area again, we’ll definitely come back here.
