Greywater (shower, washing)
- The grey (environmentally friendly) water can be poured out at the edge of the meadow.
Chemical toilet
- Chemical toilets can be poured out by prior arrangement at petrol stations in Chomutov.
The property is easy to access even in bad weather
Up to the meadow leads a year-round maintained asphalt road (width of 1 car), from which you must drive to the meadow at road level and stick to the photos above to avoid crossing the neighboring land of other owners!
Restriction of the access road
It is easily passable for caravans or motorhomes.

There are many cycling routes in the area, including the famous Erzgebirge Highway.

For holders of fishing licenses there are plenty of ponds in the area (mostly trout water).

Great place to stop there was quiet and it's a short walk from the road.

Nice quiet place, with plenty of shade under the mature trees. It's only slightly sloping, but I did find some rocks for the bikes, as I had of course forgotten the wedges again :))).
