We were very satisfied. The property offers plenty of space and privacy- even though there were more of us on the property, access to water for the fisherman, and also has adequate facilities - Toiku toilet, solar heated garden shower, dishwashing sink with instantaneous heater, fire wood available. All well maintained. Communication with the owner was excellent, explained everything with nothing was a problem.
On the property we met deer, rabbits geese with goslings and ducks, luckily there were no mosquitoes. On the pond our son fished, although smaller fish - carp, catfish, carp, but at least they were biting, so he was satisfied.
The access to the property is along a 3km dirt road, which is paved and mostly gravelled. It is wide enough. We drove the caravan through without any problems in dry weather. We had our bikes with us and the gravel ride wasn't so great, so we arrived mostly pretty shaken up.
Across the sandpit, relatively close by, is the Cologne train station. The trains do run every now and then, but they didn't bother us at all. At night, there was nothing to be heard in the caravan.
The overall impression is great, according to our expectations. We recommend a visit.
