One-night stays are available, but only from Sunday at 4:00 PM to Friday at 12:00 PM. From Friday at 4:00 PM to Sunday at 12:00 PM, a two-night reservation is required. Therefore, one-night stays will not be approved on weekends.
Wake up to a view of the calm water, the reeds, and the grove, where you can observe the sounds of nature and, in the summer months, listen to the croaking of frogs; occasionally, you may be woken in the morning by a local train passing over the grove. An ideal place for relaxation, romance, and an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The cottage stands on military pontoons and will rock gently with you. Parking is available next to the cottage on a fenced-in lot. Next to the cottage is a newly built sandy beach and a covered outdoor kitchen area with seating. The kitchen area features a stainless-steel barrel with drinking water, a 4-burner gas stove, a coffee pot, a stainless-steel teapot, and standard kitchen amenities such as glasses, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery, a frying pan, and a pot... Feel free to ask the owner for anything you need during your stay.

1. Since the cottage is located on the water and is not secured against falling into the water, the pontoon house is NOT suitable for children. The maximum number of guests is 2 adults.
2. The cottage is non-smoking; smoking is not permitted on the terrace either. Please respect these rules.
3. You cannot cook beef tenderloin here, but coffee (using a moka pot) and a teapot will be available. Mugs, stainless steel plates, and cutlery are provided.
4. Bed linens will be provided.
5. Light refreshments are included in the price upon arrival.

A really nice, relaxing stay in nature. The only thing to keep in mind is that later in the summer, the water might not be ideal for swimming.
We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. The accommodations were very cozy, clean, and nice. The kitchenette is nice and perfectly adequate. The bathroom is exactly as described. Other than that, the property is private and in a very nice location! I recommend it to anyone who likes their peace and quiet and is looking for something cozy for two!
Beautiful accommodations, within easy reach of the train from Bělče (closer) or Zadní Třebáň. The cottage is lovely and just the right size for relaxing. There’s plenty of outdoor space, so you don’t really feel crowded inside. You can sleep upstairs; the owner made up the couch for us downstairs, where it was a bit cooler (it was summer). There’s a dry toilet, and the shower is available by arrangement. Karlštejn and beautiful nature are nearby. Peace and quiet 🌸.

The cabin is cozy, clean, and has everything you need. Evenings by the fire, morning coffee overlooking the pond, and complete tranquility create an amazing atmosphere.
The great location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of beautiful places for day trips in the area. Both lovers of relaxation and active recreation will appreciate it.

We went glamping here for 3 nights. The floating cabin was an amazing experience, and the little pond is perfect for cooling off in the summer. On top of all that, the owners were kind and helpful. I’d especially highlight the peaceful atmosphere, excellent accessibility (the Zadní Třebáň train station is nearby, and there are plenty of day trips to explore the area—the Berounka River, the Brdy Mountains, the Bohemian Karst, and Karlštejn Castle), as well as the evening symphony of frogs, which is a signature part of this place.
