There is very good access to the property and the lawn area has been cut and level. The train line and highway is close by, but very much depends on the air flow as it just carries the sound. For me, though, it was fine. The fire pit was beautiful and the kind owner supplied plenty of good quality dry wood. There was no shortage of hammocks either. However, I especially loved the village and the area itself. The presence of the nearby Bata Canal is a cyclist's paradise and there is a slight hill above the village where there are also small vineyards. Ideal for walking or jogging. We must not forget that this is a wine-growing village, (supposedly the northernmost) so there is a wine lane, which is even marked in the maps. I definitely recommend it and would love to visit here again sometime.

The train was a bit of a problem. And it was spraying season in the orchards. So the tractor with the fan didn't get a break during the day. There are houses on one side of the orchard. We were expecting wood cutting, but it's quiet. A good place for overnight stays and for staying with trips.
