The orchard has a fireplace, a fire pit and the possibility to pour grey water into the waste pit. There is no water or electricity in the orchard. However, you can come and see my flock of sheep by agreement with me.
Greywater (shower, washing)
- In the draw next to the orchard at the back of the orchard, a pit has been dug into which grey water can be poured if you use environmentally friendly detergents.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The orchard is grassy and a little sloping in places, the entrance is rutted dirt with no paving, so it can be harder to drive in wet weather.
Restriction of the access road
The trees are planted eight metres apart, but the crowns are spreading quite a bit in some places. But I can get through with a tractor and trailer without any problems. Just slowly and with feeling :-)
cycling
There are trails on the plain for trips with children (for example to the beautiful wooden windmill in Partutovice) and more demanding trails with elevation and terrain.
hiking
Spálov is situated in the Oder Hills, around the village there are forests with many possibilities for excursions (the Peklo and Petrova skála galleries, the Švédská skála lookout, Balerův mlýn, the romantic valley of the Oder River. The neighbourhood of the Libava military area makes this location an opportunity for adventurous trips
Animals
V sadu máme úly se včelami, aby opylovaly ovocné stromy. Místo kde jsou je ohrazené. Prosím, nesnažte se plot překonat. Vám hrozí nebezpečí včelího bodnutí, v případě že jste alergičtí, tak i větší problémy a včely zase mají rády svůj klid.
Taky chovám ovce. Je jich asi 100, kvůli dostatku pastvy je přeháním na různé pastviny. Pokud budete mít zájem a bude to reálné, rád Vás vezmu s sebou se na stádo podívat.

Large plot in a quiet location in a private, pleasant owner.
Beautiful and quiet place. Really big orchard, so even with a large number of non-campers everyone will find their privacy. Owner helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again.
