The land is located right among the vineyards, which belong to a winery about 300m away from the mentioned land. However, the winery is separated from the land sufficiently not to disturb your quiet moments spent with us in Čeložnice. For animal lovers, the place is offered under the supervision of our cows, which have a paddock opposite. However, they graze on our pastures during the day and sleep at night, so you do not have to worry about the smell or noise at night. If you are interested in closer contact, feeding and even a few words about the cows, it is possible to make an appointment.
You can also arrange a guided wine tasting and then buy something good for the evening campfire.

The driveway is a classic dirt road, but the middle of the road is not very high and can be driven on by a lower car.

Čeložnice is located in the Chřiby Mountains, which are perfect for cycling trips along several routes. At the same time, the town of Kyjov is only a few kilometres from Čeložnice. From Kyjov, the Mutěnka cycling trail leads to the Milotický Chateau, or to Dubňany or Mutěnice for wine.

The access dirt road about 90 m from the main road is dusty and has rutted tracks, it is slow to pass. The land for parking is very sloping and uneven, you need to have driveway wedges and other supports for the footings and wheelbarrow. The owners are very nice and accommodating and are going to improve the land and road. We liked it very much, there is a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, it is quiet, we were woken up in the morning by the birds singing and in the evening at night by a frog concert. The cows grazing nearby did not disturb us in any way. There are plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking in the area.
