Where do the property ratings come from?
Really nice views—if you take the right route, it’s a perfect drive on a paved road. We took the lower route, and then there was an incredibly steep hill :)
You have to be completely self-sufficient on the property, so bring water from home, make sure your batteries have enough charge, and remember to use a space heater on cold days. The greatest charm of this place is that it’s on the edge of the village, so you have peace and quiet and gorgeous views because you’re at the top of the hill.
We liked the lot.

The lot, located above the village, was leveled, mowed, and slightly uneven. It’s fairly easy to park a trailer there, but the neighboring RV had some trouble. The weather was great, and we had beautiful views. Having breakfast among the rows of grapevines was a real treat.
As for getting to the site, the mapy.cz navigation app directed us through the village, but there’s a very steep hill there, so it’s not suitable for a trailer. We recommend taking Dubňanská Street, where you’ll only encounter a gentle, gradual incline.
