Wake up to a view of Zelená Hora, made famous by *The Black Barons*, and forget for a few days that business meetings, deadlines, or the constant rush even exist.
Come and stop being adults for a while.
Bare feet in the grass. Evenings by the fire. A book you’ll finally get around to reading. Fishing, swimming in the pond, hikes, pétanque, watching fallow deer, horses, or nutrias. Kids who run around outside all day and fall asleep at night, tired from the fresh air. And dogs who finally have the space to just be dogs.
Our RV stands in a secluded spot, surrounded by more than 5,000 m² of mowed meadows just for you. The nearest houses are about 700 meters away; the forest begins just beyond the road, and all around are only views, silence, and nature. No crowds. No lines. Just space to breathe.
The camper is simple, clean, and free of clutter. No electricity, no running water—but it does offer the greatest luxury of all: peace and quiet. A fire pit is available for your use. We’re building a grill, a shower, and a toilet, but the most important thing has been here all along.
When you’re ready to be around people again, there are ponds, hiking and biking trails waiting for you—and thanks to the train station in Nepomuk, plenty of beautiful train trips as well.
We don’t want you to leave with just some nice photos.
We hope you’ll leave with a lighter heart than when you arrived.

IMPORTANT:

* Bring your own sleeping bags or blankets; bed linens are provided. We wash them after every visit.

* We provide glasses; we’ll add other dishes over time.

* The RV is suitable for 2–4 adults. (2 beds: 190x120 and 190x160).

* We also offer stays on the meadow without renting a caravan (bring your own caravan, tent, or RV). On the 10,000 m² meadow, you won’t be alone—but there will be no more than one other family.

Plzeň 25 min. – Zoo, Dinopark, restaurants, sights, swimming pools
Horažďovice 25 min. – swimming pool, town
Blatná 39 min. – castle, fallow deer, rowboats
Protivín 51 min. – crocodile zoo, castle
České Budějovice approx. 1 hr. 30 min.

Fallow deer enclosure (about a 30-min. walk to the enclosure)
Dvorecký Pond
Bee Trail (Dvorec, route around the 2nd pond)
Nepomuk – restaurants, shops, gas station, churches
Zelená Hora Castle (you can walk up to the base of the castle. The castle changed owners last year and is currently closed to the public)
