A place for those who want to unwind for a while, be alone in nature, and enjoy true peace and quiet.
We’ve chosen a beautiful and peaceful spot for you right by the pond, where nature reigns supreme. The pond is completely natural and serves as a home for wildlife and waterfowl. It’s a truly wild pond that belongs exclusively to animals and insects. Nature takes care of itself here; we’re just here to help.
That’s why you won’t find any amenities here—just nature.
The spot is within sight of an old farmhouse, yet it offers an exceptional sense of privacy. The property is partially fenced.
There’s a large fire pit where you can sit and relax in the evening. We can lend you a pot for cooking over the fire. You can bring your own firewood or gather some below the dam.
We’re right next to the Brdy Protected Landscape Area, so you can expect meadows, small fields, forests, and plenty of wildlife all around. You may encounter forest wildlife, and especially at night, you’ll hear that the forest is truly alive. If you love nature in its unadorned state, you’ll find what you’re looking for here—especially during the deer rut.
What about dogs? We welcome dogs, of course, but only on an extended leash. There’s a lot of wildlife in the area, as well as curious waterfowl and domestic birds.
Nearby, you’ll find a little-used bike path and trails suitable for hiking. It’s the perfect spot for a day trip, followed by a peaceful return to tranquility.
To be fair, there is one drawback. A road runs about 200 meters from the property. You might hear traffic during the day, but it quiets down in the evening.
And one more thing! We hope you enjoy your stay here—but shh! At night, you might get a visit from someone we didn’t invite. There are plenty of forest animals all around, and it’s possible they’ll be moving about near you at night!
And if you’d prefer to be farther away from the pond, we’ll be happy to help you find another cozy spot on our property.
