In the summer season (from the end of April to mid-October) ONLY SLEEPOVER OPTION. During the day from 10 am to 6 pm you CANNOT PARK ON THE PROPERTY, nor in its surroundings or on the access road (the reason is that it is a very exposed place right at the access road to the Experience Park Zemráj, in the open undisturbed landscape, and we do not want the first thing visitors see to be caravans; it would also tempt other vehicles to park; we hope that sensitive people will understand this condition, for which we thank you in advance). During the day, you can move to the free car park at Zemraja, 0.5 km away, which is open from 9am to 7pm (the car park is not open overnight). Toilets, water supply and refreshments are available at Zemraja during visiting hours. During the winter season (mid-October to the end of April) the above conditions do not apply and you can stay on the property during the day (the Zemráje car park is closed).

In February, a nice place in a secluded spot by a pond, great relaxation and peace. The municipal access road is past its best, be prepared for its deterioration. Thank you very much for the overnight stay.

Perfect quiet place in the middle of nature. Especially suitable in combination with a visit to Zemráje. This is an amazing place for the whole family, especially the Slavic village is absolutely perfect! We loved it.
